The starter set offers everything needed for a high-quality but cost-effective entry into black and white photo printing. This system is easy to use, simply fill the cartridges with Carbonprint Graphite inks and save money without compromising on the excellent quality of your prints.
Carbonprint Graphite is an ink based on partially neutralized carbon pigments, to which we do not add any colored pigments or dyes. This results in extremely high durable prints, assuming the use of correspondingly long-term stable papers. Carbonprint Graphite is the perfect solution for photographers with a preference for matte papers and prints in a neutral black tone. Carbonprint Graphite is compatible with all pure matte photo and fine art papers without glossy coatings.
How to print?
The user replaces the color cartridges of his Epson® printer with Carbonprint cartridges. Depending on the printer model, some cleaning operations may be required to transport the new ink to the printhead. The printer is now ready for FineArt prints with Carbonprint. Send an image file as a desaturated RGB or grayscale file to the printer and it will output as a high-tonal black and white image. You do not have to dig into complicated software, print your photos the way you are used to. Advanced users have the option of using custom ICC profiles. In this case, please use our icc custom profile service.
Choose between two tonings. By replacing the inks of the two color channels Magenta and Light Magenta, you can move the print tone from neutral to a more natural black. In the product variant Neutral, the prints are absolutely neutral, in the variant Warmneutral the prints have a slightly more natural black tone.
Carbonprint Graphite is absolutely compatible with matte photo- and fineart papers, all papers that are printed with the black version "Matte-Black"!

Refillable ink cartridge for SureColor SC-P900 without chip
This refillable ink cartridge can be filled and install in a simple manner, a detailed manual is included with each cartridge. Refill cartridges are supplied unfilled, the user fills itself with compatible inks from our offer.

This refill cartridge is supplied without chip, the chip of the original ink cartridge of the printer manufacturer must be installed on the cartridge. The chip has to remove from the original cartridge and placed in the chip holder of the refill cartridge. Then two plastic pins must be fused by heating to fix the chip on the cartridge.
In order for the printer to accept this combination as a functional ink cartridge, the chip must modify with our compatible chip resetter.
For refillable ink cartridges, the stored ink level in the chip is not related to the real ink level of the cartridge. So the user has to pay visually attention that the cartridges contains always enough ink to ensure a trouble-free function. For this reason, the cartridge case is transparent.
* = For the refill cartridges, the chips of the original cartridges are needed. They cannot reset if the are completely "empty".
