SHIPPING
Shipping of goods is generally only possible to the countries listed below.
Your order will be shipped via DHL.
The applicable costs, which consist of packaging and shipping costs, can be found in the table below.
If you would like shipping to a country not listed below, please contact us by email before placing an order and provide the item, quantity, and delivery address including country and postal code. We will then inform you shortly whether shipping to the desired country is possible and, if so, provide you with the shipping costs, as we must clarify shipping options and costs in advance with our shipping partner.
Our shipping costs are weight-based. The shipping weight can be found on the product detail page of each item.

International Shipping
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply in individual cases which we are not responsible for and which must be borne by you. These include, for example, fees for money transfers by financial institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g. customs duties).

VAT Refund
We do not offer subsequent VAT refunds for customers residing outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland) who wish to export the ordered goods themselves across the German customs border.
Delivery Time / Shipping Time
Ready for shipment in x days refers to the internal processing time of an order as well as the procurement time for the item. If, for example, “Ready for shipment in 1–2 business days” is stated, the product is usually in stock and will be handed over to the shipping service provider no later than 1–2 business days after receipt of payment. If “Ready for shipment in 2–4 business days” is stated, the product may be in stock or may need to be reordered from the supplier/manufacturer, depending on the quantity ordered.
In addition, there is the delivery time, i.e. the (estimated) time required by the shipping company to deliver your order. We have no influence over these transit times and must rely on the information provided by the service provider.
Shipments within Germany have an average delivery time of 1–2 business days.
Shipments within the EU have an average delivery time of 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country. These are approximate values for deliveries to the EU mainland. Deliveries to islands may take several days longer.

Precise delivery time information for some European countries and islands (e.g. Greece, Portugal, Malta, etc.) is not possible and can only be estimated. Please plan sufficient time.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Note on Pick-Ups
For pick-ups, we kindly ask you to arrange an appointment in advance by phone or email.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay via PayPal, bank transfer in advance, or credit card. Once payment has been received, we will prepare your package for shipment.
