Carbonprint Graphite Ink Cartridges for Epson® Pro 7890, 9890
These ink cartridges are filled with Carbonprint Graphite pigment inks, developed for converting a standard photo or large-format printer into a fine art black-and-white printer.
Product Information
Carbonprint Graphite is an ink based on partially neutralized carbon pigments, to which we add no color pigments or dyes. This achieves extremely high longevity of the prints, provided that suitably long-term stable papers are used. Carbonprint Graphite is the perfect solution for photographers who prefer matte papers and prints in a neutral or warm-neutral black tone.
Carbonprint Graphite is compatible with all purely matte photo and fine art papers without gloss coatings.
Neutral or Warm-Neutral
Choose between two tonings. By swapping the inks of the two color channels Magenta and Light Magenta, you can shift the tone of the print from neutral to warm-neutral. With the Neutral product variant, the prints are neutral; with the Warm-Neutral variant, the prints have a somewhat more natural black tone.
How Do You Print?
There are two ways to work with Carbonprint Museum.
The individual channels are matched to the tonal values of the original inks. This makes it possible to output photos simply via the standard printer driver settings, but instead of a color photo, a black-and-white photo rich in tonal values is printed.
Or you can use the standard color management of your computer/software system and create an ICC printer profile for your printer, ink and paper combination. This special ICC profile further optimizes the tonal values in the print.

Important Notes!
Carbonprint ink cartridges can be used in a printer only as a complete set; partially equipping a printer with other inks is not advisable.
This product is not compatible with printer models for the American or Asian market!
