Carbonprint Museum is a pure carbon-based ink available in several shades of gray without any added color pigments. This ensures exceptional longevity — provided that long-lasting papers are used. It’s the ideal solution for fine art printers who prefer printing on matte papers.
Because carbon itself is a warm-toned material, the resulting prints range from neutral warm to almost sepia, depending on the paper used. When printing on papers containing optical brighteners, the prints will appear nearly neutral, depending on the paper’s whiteness. On warm-toned papers (usually without brighteners), the prints will display a corresponding warm tone.
