PAYMENT

For Shipping within Germany
For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:

Prepayment by bank transfer
Payment with Paypal
Payment with credit card (via Paypal)
Payment with direct debit (via Paypal)

For Shipping outside Germany
For deliveries abroad, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:

The provider reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods on a case-by-case basis. Invoices issued by the provider are payable immediately.

You will receive an invoice with VAT shown.

The prices displayed in the online shop include VAT. If a delivery address outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland) is provided, the online shop will display net prices (excluding German VAT).

SHIPPING

Shipping is generally only possible to the countries listed below. Your order will be shipped with DHL. The costs, which consist of packaging and shipping costs, can be found in the table below. If you wish to ship to a country not listed, please email us (info@farbenwerk.com) before placing an order and provide the item, quantity, and delivery address with the country and corresponding postal code. We will inform you shortly whether shipping to the desired country is possible and, if so, the shipping costs, as we need to inquire with our shipping partner in advance.

Our shipping costs are weight-dependent. You can see the shipping weight on the detail page of the respective article.

Shipping abroad

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply that we are not responsible for and that you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g., customs duties).

VAT Refund

We do not offer subsequent VAT refunds for customers residing outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland) who export their ordered goods themselves across customs borders from Germany.

Delivery Time / Shipping Time

The delivery time stated with the products indicates the internal processing time of an order as well as the procurement time for the item. For example, if a delivery time of 1-2 days is specified, a product will be handed over to the shipping service provider at the latest 1-2 days after we have received the payment.

Additionally, the shipping time, i.e., the time it takes for the shipping company to deliver your order, must be considered. We have no influence over these times and must rely on the information provided by the service providers.

Shipments within Germany typically take 1-2 working days.
Shipments within the EU typically take 3-5 working days.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Certain items in the categories “Papers” and “Original Inks” are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor (drop shipping). As a result, shipments from different transporters (e.g., DHL, DPD, UPS) may occur within one order.

For pickups / collections of goods, please arrange a pickup time in advance by phone or email!
